A Sure-Fire Framework for Getting the Resources and Support Your Group Needs

In your own way, I know you have a passion for youth ministry burning deep inside of you. It’s one of the things that stirs your heart, calls to you in the quiet moments, and speaks to the impact you’re meant for. God has created you to help steward the next generation.

Whether you’re a priest, a youth pastor, a parent, a coach, a mentor, a Sunday School teacher, or a volunteer chaperone, I know your passion is making a positive difference in the lives of our kids by helping make the Church their safest and happiest place to be.

But the challenge is trying to gain traction with so much competing noise. It can feel nearly impossible to get the thing you are most passionate about in front of the people who need it the most. There is quite a lot competing with our youth workers on the front lines of the battle. Sometimes, it feels like we’re losing our teens faster than we ever could have imagined.

Most of us know that building programs will never be what really engages our youth in the life of the Church. Relationship is. But program are a great way to get our kids in the door, and as it turns out, creating them can be more complicated, confusing, and time-consuming than we first imagined.

Maybe you’ve started a program, but you aren’t getting the results you want. Sometimes all you get is crickets. And that’s when doubt comes in. Does anyone really care? If they did, parents would bring their kids, people would be volunteering, sports would be secondary to Divine Liturgy, our group would be growing, right? I’d see the results. Maybe I should just throw in the towel?

Believe me, we get it. Each member of our team has faced this ourselves. But here’s the reality: It’s actually easier than you think to get the attention your message deserves and to get people in our churches on board. We actually think our clergy and families are hungry for it. You just have to know what the high-leverage activities are.

It doesn’t have to take a lot of time, or even money, but it does take the right strategy to finally get the breakthrough you need. And that’s exactly why we created a free video series with a simple, proven, step-by-step plan to get you from where you are, to where you know you want to be.

In this free video series, you’ll discover:

  • The most powerful phrase you can ever write to instantly connect with the people who need your message most (and where to put it for maximum impact).
  • The three most important activities you can use to make your time with your youth more compelling, credible, and professional, while building authority and rapport with your teens.
  • The second most effective—but often overlooked—conversation you need to be having with the parents in your community, including the most common mistakes to avoid, and what to do to really make connection with them.
  • How to quickly craft an irresistible event to build your rapport fast—and maybe without even creating any additional work.
  • The one opportunity most people are missing with social media, and how you can easily take your social media presence to the next level with one simple tweak.

I know these high-leverage activities pay dividends because they’ve helped our team personally grow our parish youth groups, as well as the many churches we’ve mentored through this content. And right now, you can get the inside track at no cost.

We’re already getting great feedback from viewers.

We get so excited when we see this kind of response.

Here’s the honest truth: Most people have no idea where to focus when they are trying to spread their message and build their group. They are just doing a little of this and a little of that, hoping that it makes a difference, hoping that something will finally hit. But it rarely does.

What if instead you could get a glimpse behind the curtain and see what it takes to make your message and your group stand out? Now you can.

It took our team years to fine-tune this approach, but here’s the good news. You don’t need years—you can make these tweaks starting today and immediately see momentum.
